I am an advanced licensed esthetician who provides an impactful connection through the delivery of high-touch medical aesthetic services and treatments. I’m an empath who was mentored by my parents, family and friends to pursue the work that comes straight from ‘the soul of me.’ After spending several decades in corporate America, life travels, successes, hardships, and triumphs, I knew my purpose wasn’t being fulfilled. My work needs to revolve around helping people.
My Medical Aesthetics Journey
During my early adulthood I battled a skin disorder (adult cystic acne) and was riddled with feelings of hopelessness and frustration. After much research, (including literally grabbing the telephone book out of my home desk drawer to thumb through the ‘yellow pages’). My studies led me to my very first local medical aesthetician who helped resolve my skin disorder. For the next 20+ years I stayed committed to receiving scheduled aesthetic facial treatments. As these years progressed, I became hungry for additional education in the industry of medical aesthetics.

A Calling
At that point, I had to sit down and regroup. I heard the quiet whisper from within telling me to honor my true calling. I asked myself some questions. Could I follow my natural instinct to focus on skin health? Could I immerse myself in a culture of healing? What is my key to contentment, fulfillment, and success? I decided to follow my heart, and allow this new career to align my career with my “why,” my need to people. Some people tell me ‘I have a natural gift,’ an innate ability to authentically connect on an integral level which allows people to feel comfortable and trusting.
My Aesthetic Career Highlights:
-Attended Esthetics schooling in and became a Licensed Managing Esthetician in July 2014
-Was hired at a top-tier Plastic Surgery/MedSpa in Toledo, Ohio and there I did a year internship in medical esthetics. Then was recruited to help launch/start a MedSpa in Findlay, Ohio
-Was recruited yet again by one of this regions’ premier plastic surgery groups, Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons, to grow their med spa division of the practice.
-Launched VIBE Aesthetics by Lisa Lincoln in Summer of 2021 after a decade of strong, solid, clinical, medical services training and skincare product knowledge.
